Jayson remodeled a bathroom for me and also did updates on two others. He has a broad skill base and seems very knowledgeable about a variety of work. There were some special challenges involved with retrofitting and moisture issues. Jayson problem-solved these issues and completed the work efficiently. He was timely in his process and worked well with my tenants to get the job done while they inhabited the space. He minimized disruption and cleaned up well afterwards. Jayson communicates clearly and is very up front about his time and charges. His estimates and invoices are detailed. His prices are not the lowest, but I feel that they are fair and reflect his quality work. Jayson is honest and I trust him to be in my tenant's homes. I plan on using him for my future projects.
